The tools I use are drawn from a Euro-Celtic Shamanic intuitive healing tradition, balanced with studies in Non-Violent Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Trauma Healing, Thought-Field Therapy, and more.
Sessions include reiki-like table work, meditative journeys, writing, stone work, and more.
